Who we are

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to submit your own vehicle for an offer. Please do not submit false information, submit vehicles you are not authorized to sell, attempt to access areas of the site reserved for Genesis Auto Center staff, or use automated tools to flood our forms.

Vehicle offer requests

• Submitting the vehicle form is a request for an offer. It is not a sale, a contract, or a guarantee that we will make an offer.
• Any figure we discuss before we see the vehicle is an estimate based on the details you provide. A final offer depends on the vehicle's actual condition, documentation and location.
• You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are otherwise authorized to sell it, and that the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Either side may decline to go forward at any point before a sale is completed.
• Please remove personal belongings and license plates before pickup, and cancel your insurance and registration according to your state's rules after the sale.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Text messaging from Genesis Auto Center is transactional only and completely optional.

• What you get: messages about your own vehicle request — for example confirming that we received it, following up with an offer, and coordinating pickup.
• How you opt in: by checking the optional text-message consent box on our vehicle offer form. The box is unchecked by default and is separate from submitting the form.
• Consent is not required: you can submit a vehicle for an offer without agreeing to texts, and we will contact you by phone instead.
• Frequency: message frequency may vary depending on your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
• Help: reply HELP, or call us at (209) 595-2964.
• No marketing: we do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the vehicle offer form, how we use it, and how it is stored. It forms part of these terms.

No warranty and limits on responsibility

This website and its content are provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Genesis Auto Center is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
